AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced team to manage and maintain a 48-unit apartment community in Twentynine Palms. Each position is 40 hours per week. 3-BR unit available. Manager should have RD background. Requirements -Valid CA Drivers License -Reliable Transportation -Authorized to work in the United States Requirements -Background with RD -Great communication abilities -Computer literate Ms word, Microsoft excel, MSOutlook -Expertise to positively interact with the general public, tenants, vendors, and corporate staff -Strong management expertise -Detail oriented -Expertise to follow written instructions -Expertise to manage priorities and meet deadlines Manager Responsibilities -Oversee day to day operations of property reporting to District Manager -Process candidate paperwork, screening candidates, obtaining landlord references, ensure all paperwork including lease and house rules receive signatures, re-certifications of current tenants, conducting move ins and move outs -Collecting rents and security deposits -Enforcing lease and house rules -Expertise to enthusiastically market vacant units -Follow policy and procedures Maintenance Responsibilities-Oversee day to day operations of property reporting to Resident Manager -Enforcing lease and house rules -Complete maintenance request work orders ensure tenants maintenance needs are being met -Maintaining excellent curb appeal -Expertise to enthusiastically turn market vacant units -Follow AWI policy and procedures Benefits -Paid Vacation and sick leave -Medical -401k -10 paid Holidays Candidates who are qualified e-mail resume to resumeawimc.com Fax to [removed phone] or mail to A/C-458, P.O.
